# Connect Argus to your AI assistant

No installing, no terminal — a few clicks in your chat app's settings.

## What to do

1. Open your AI assistant's settings and look for **Connectors** (Claude.ai)
   or a similarly named place to add a custom tool/connector. Choose "Add
   custom connector" or "Add from URL".
2. Paste this address exactly: https://argus.build/mcp
3. Click Connect. You'll be sent to an Argus sign-in page — log in (or create
   a free workspace if you're new) and approve the connection.
4. Start a new chat and ask your assistant to search or list your Argus
   media. If it can see your library, you're connected.

No password or key ever needs to be pasted into the chat itself — the sign-in
happens on Argus's own page.
